First Look: Brunello Cucinelli S/S 2011

Both GQ and Esquire have recently given their readers a teaser at what Brunello Cucinelli has up his sleeve for S/S 2011.  It's nothing substantial, but good enough to hold me over at least until the full collection makes it's way from the booth at Pitti Uomo to this world wide information superhighway thing everyone keeps raving about.  Brunello's trademark's are well represented as always with trim cargos and suede shoes making a cameo in the leaked images.  After seeing this stuff, and knowing BC's track record, a few things are certain: this gear is going to be dope and I needed to win the lottery, like, yesterday.  Check out two model pics, an expertly tailored water resistant blazer and the man himself below.

  1. I'm sorry but that blazer is far from expertly tailored. Too snug around the waist and too much room in the arms. But that's just ME.

  2. I'm interested in the waterproof blazer but is it quiet? You know, like when you're sitting with a windbreaker on in class, trying not to be noisy, but your sleeves are swishing against your body when you write. It's not huge, but things like that drive me nuts.

  3. water resistant blazer looks literally exactly the same as that jil sander for uniqlo 'utility jacket'.
