Stumbled Across: The Man Of The House

Whilst browsing the information superhighway I stumbled across this interesting profile on Sid Mashburn and his family courtesy of what appears to be some online women's magazine.  Regardless, it does a wonderful job breaking down Sid's unique career path and gives the reader a quick peek into his personal life.  While you patiently wait for some superfan to draft up a Wikipedia page take a look.

  1. Good Lord, look at all those women. No wonder he started a men's store, just to get away!

  2. Did you see there's a link at the bottom to a Sid Mashburn webshop?

  3. Antonio- Yeah, I've been to that webshop before, but they are a 3rd party dealer and don't always have the latest and greatest gear. You also need to sign up to check it out.

  4. “They’ll say, ‘He’s a horrible dresser,’ way before they get to someone’s personality.”
Ha ha. Hee hee. Aren't they cute?

    Gag.

  5. The Rogue in Jackson is a great men's shop. So cool that he worked there. That was my go-to place back in college.

  6. I stumbled across that article as well shortly after making my first trip there this summer. Very inspiring story.

  7. I wouldn't say a woman's online magazine, execept that it's a woman writer. The profile is on Taigan's blog, fETCh, written by acclaimed writer Julia Reed.

The webshop is tied to Taigan which is member only and focused on (mostly) southern retail outfitters.
