First Look: Palmer Trading Company

Palmer Trading Company is a new NYC spot (137 Sullivan Street to be exact) specializing in that beautiful thing we all love or love to hate - Americana.  David and Willy are a Massachusetts design duo specializing in men's footwear and accessories, which they sell at PTC.  The two also hawk a variety of vintage gear in a store they describe as a "living room".  You know, "a place to relax and feel the generations of America."  They just opened last week so stop by, say hello and feel the generations if you happen to find yourself in the area.  Can a domestically manufactured private label moccasin business specializing in an aesthetic many feel has oversaturated the menswear market survive on the mean and jaded streets of NYC?  You tell me (I, personally, hope so).  From the looks of it, so far so good.  Both the retail space and mocs seem on point like an arrow.  As it tends to do, time will tell...

  1. Why don't all styles just stay readily available for whoever wants to cop? I don't understand trendy shit. It's all about people following masses of others that say something is cool right now but won't be in a couple of years. It's perfectly alright for this shop to open and I hope it stays around for a long time.

  3. Bruce- Oh man, I wish...A friend who lives on Sullivan St. shot me an email about these guys today.

But seriously, a few thousand dollars. Nothing crazy.

  4. Paid? The tone of the post seems to hint a lot of sketism. The key for this store is to change with the trends ever so slightly.

  9. I am sure L.A.S. didn't actually GO TO THE STORE. He only posts PR photos! Americana is a lifestyle (on the internet in Jew Jersey)!

And thank you all for the compliments.
We simply hope to offer a warm venue for guys to feel relaxed and welcome and also support our country's great domestic talents as much as we can.
We like good ol' real American style without the pretense.
We are grateful to be able to offer something nice back to the city.

That is the worst sentence ever written in the history of the world.

  16. How Lemeridian funding service  grant me a loan!!!

Hello everyone, I'm Lea Paige Matteo from Zurich Switzerland and want to use this medium to express gratitude to lemeridian funding service for fulfilling his promise by granting me a loan, I was stuck in a financial situation and needed to refinance and pay my bills as well as start up a Business. I tried seeking for loans from various loan firms both private and corporate organisations but never succeeded and most banks declined my credit request. But as God would have it, I was introduced by a friend named Lisa Rice to Le_meridian funding service and undergone the due process of obtaining a loan from the company, to my greatest surprise within 48hrs just like my friend Lisa, I was also granted a loan of $216,000.00 So my advise to everyone who desires a loan, "if you must contact any firm with reference to securing a loan online with low interest rate of 1.9% and better repayment plans/schedule, please contact Le_meridian funding service. Besides, he doesn't know that am doing this but due to the joy in me, I'm so happy and wish to let people know more about this great company whom truly give out loans, it is my prayer that GOD should bless them more as they put smiles on peoples faces. You can contact them via email on {lfdsloans@lemeridianfds.com Or lfdsloans@outlook.com} or Text through Whatsapp +1-989 394 3740.
